Bringing AI Voice Booking and Instant WhatsApp Chat to a Beauty Salon's Website

The challenge

Most customers wanted to book an appointment instantly over WhatsApp rather than filling out a contact form, and the salon wanted an AI-powered voice booking option as a modern point of difference from other local salons. Any change had to go live safely on an existing, actively used WordPress and Elementor website — without a costly rebuild or risking downtime on a site that was already bringing in bookings.

What we did

• Audited the salon's existing WordPress and Elementor setup to find the safest way to add new functionality without touching the page-builder templates
• Added a floating WhatsApp click-to-chat button, pre-filled with a booking message and linked directly to the salon's business number
• Connected the salon's own bilingual (Urdu/English) AI voice booking assistant, Aleeza, as a second floating button so visitors can start a booking conversation by voice
• Verified every change against the live site content before publishing, so nothing was pushed live unverified
• Cleared the site's cache immediately after publishing so visitors saw the update right away, with no delay and no downtime

• Visitors can now start a WhatsApp booking conversation in one tap from any page on the site
• Adds an AI-powered voice booking option most local competitor salons don't offer
• Shipped with zero downtime and no disruption to the salon's existing design or day-to-day bookings
